Return Requirements:

• Returned items must be in their original, complete condition, including all packaging, materials, manuals, warranty cards, accessories, and any other documentation provided at the time of purchase.

Handling Incorrect or Damaged Items:

• For any items sent incorrectly, we will offer a refund. Please be aware the incorrect item must be returned to us at our expense before refund or exchange
• In case of damaged goods in Packaging , please refuse delivery from the carrier. If you accept the delivery, ensure the damage is recorded by the carrier. Retain the product and its original packaging, and contact our customer service within 48 hours. Failure to report damaged goods within 48 hours will result in our standard return policy being applied.

Defective Items:

• Products found to be defective under normal use can be returned within 90 days of receipt for a refund or replacement.

Non-Defective Items:

• Non-defective items can be returned within 90 days of receipt. Please note that shipping costs incurred by the seller for returning non-defective items are non-refundable. We recommend using a carrier that provides proof of delivery and insuring your return shipment to protect against loss or damage.

Customer-Initiated Returns:

• If a package is returned without a valid reason, the customer will bear the return shipping costs.
